Valerie is the Investment Director of Wellder, a SOCIMI created in 2022 by Renta Corporación and APG to invest in the Spanish healthcare industry. She had previously been involved in the Commercial Assets department within Renta, closing value add transactions for Hospitality and Office assets among others. Graduated from ESADE Business School.
